NOTE: If you are working on a team of PMs, designers, and others - you may tag-team the research. In the example below, the designers on my team helped me conduct some of the research. If you were the only one doing the research for this project, delete the first column, and only populate the methods research used and the tools you used to carry them out. Delete my examples when you’re done with this section.
IMPORTANT: Hiring managers want to understand why you chose a specific method - if you choose user interviews, a card sort, or even just a quick social media survey - make sure to explain why you chose it. If there were budget or time constraints, feel free to note that as well!
