Jive Migration

Cisco’s Data and Analytics Group (DAG) was an organization that built B2B software products and marketed them to internal sales teams. In order to market their products, DAG had an internal web presence on Webex Social, an intranet platform that was being decommissioned. Webex Social was being replaced with Jive Social Collaboration Tools, and DAG needed to migrate all their marketing material to the new platform. I took ownership of the migration project and design of the new Jive intranet websites.

Project Management

I planned out the migration and coordinated with the rest of our team to make sure everything was accomplished on time. Although I took on the majority of the work, I also enlisted the help of the team’s Product Marketing Managers to help migrate each product’s marketing collateral from the old platform to Jive. I scheduled time to complete wireframes, templates, mockups, content migration, and training on the new platform.
